    Absolutely. HabitCue is designed with privacy first. Your personal habit data is secure, and you control what you share with your accountability partners.

  • Is HabitCue available on Android?

    Currently, HabitCue is only available on iOS. If you're interested in seeing this for Android, please let us know at support@pexelerate.com.

  • How does social accountability work?

    You can share your habits with friends and family to create accountability partnerships. Track each other's progress, send encouragement, and celebrate victories together.

  • What is HabitCue Pro?

    HabitCue Pro includes unlimited habits, unlimited tracking history, unlimited customizability (icons & colors), advanced insights & trends, iCloud sync across devices, and early access to new features.

  • Why do we charge for HabitCue Pro?

    We are a small independent team dedicated to building the best habit building tool. Charging for Pro allows us to sustain development, keep the app updated with latest iOS changes and newest features, and provide pro features without ads.

  • What happens if I don't renew my Pro subscription?

    If you don't renew, you'll lose access to Pro features like unlimited habits and iCloud sync until your subscription expires. Your habit data remains safe, and you can continue using the free features.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

  • How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
