Pro Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of HabitCue Pro.

1. Pro Features

When you are a pro user, you will be able to use the following features:

Unlimited Habits: Create as many habits as you need to build comprehensive systems.
Unlimited Tracking History: Access your complete habit history with no time limits.
Unlimited Customizability: Personalize with custom icons, colors, and themes.
Advanced Insights & Trends: Unlimited access to detailed analytics and progress patterns.
iCloud Sync across Devices: Seamlessly sync your data across all your Apple devices.
Early Access to New Features: Be the first to try new features and improvements.

2. Subscription Terms

Your subscription will commence upon successful payment. The current subscription fees are:

Monthly: $1.99 USD per month
Annual: $9.99 USD per year
Lifetime: $19.99 USD one-time payment

Prices are subject to change and may vary by region.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store). The cancellation process and refund policies are subject to the respective app store's terms and conditions.

For iOS users, you can manage your subscription through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Your access to pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly - all subscription management is handled through your device's app store platform.
